Remember - a blog is no longer a euphemism for a 17 year old kid sharing thoughts on a My space page. It is a powerful driver and platform for much of the commerce being done online these days, and will continue to grow as an efficient and entertaining vehicle to reach out into the world, stamp your thoughts on the collective minds of an interested audience, make your mark AND amp up your income at the very same time.

Focus on the magic within. You have it, I know you do. We ALL do. The one certitude online is this: Content is king. And creativity is coveted. Show you have lots of both in areas that you care most about, and people will beat down your door to revel in it. They do for me, and I guarantee the same for you as well. Incorporate these impressions you gain into your personal branding and chosen self image! Be for real. Have integrity. Only write about and promote the products you would really buy or that you already use with success. Be fairly truthful, reasonably honest!
Now regarding visibility, that is how we get into web 2.0: you alert people to your new blog postings by digging a submission, furling it, stumble upon it and so on! Social bookmark both your posts and all the other sites you like - it can only give you more credibility and enhance your visitor volume ultimately! The more you social bookmark, visit other blogs and leave comments on them, email other bloggers, interact, the more coverage of your site or blog online. Be consistent in your efforts!
